Application

All applications come to Yale Diagnostic Radiology through the NRMP and ERAS. The Program Director is Jamal Bokhari, MB, BS-MD and the Program Coordinator is Keyonna Artis; they can be reached by phone at 203.785.7377.

International Applicants

International medical graduates apply through the ECFMG. International medical graduates need to have a J-1 visa unless they are US citizens, permanent residents, or have preexisting H1-B visa. The application deadline is November 1. While Deans' letters will arrive on or before this date, all other materials must be entered into ERAS by November 1. Members of the Residency Selection Committee review all applications. Approximately 120 applicants are invited to come for interviews, a lunch with the residents, residents' conference, and a tour of the department. The applicants are also invited to a Happy Hour and dinner with YDR residents. The latter is optional.
